Shipping policy

Isle girl jewellery is committed to processing and dispatching orders in a timely manner. By placing an order through our website, you ("the customer") agree to the terms set forth below.

Order and processing and dispatch

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 working days.
  • Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
  • Public holidays, sales periods and peak seasons may result in a longer processing time.  

Delivery times and responsibilities

  • The delivery times stated on our website are average estimates only.
  • International deliveries may be subject to delays caused by customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once an order is dispatched , Isle girl jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays.
  • It is the customers responsibility to track their orders and follow up directly with the relevant delivery company in the event of a delay.

International orders

  • All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. this means that duties, taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the price of the goods purchased and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We are unable to estimate the amount of these fee. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for more information before placing an order.
  • Customs clearance may delay the shipping process. such delays are entirely outside our control and Isle girl jewellery shall bear no liability for them. 

Domestic and International shipping carriers

  • Our domestic and International carrier, they may hand international orders over to to local carriers in the destination country. 
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Customs duties, address accuracy 

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for the payment of any applicable custom duties, taxes, or fees.
  • In the event a order is not delivered due to the terms above Isle girl jewellery shall bear no liability.

 Shipping fees

  • Standard shipping within the UK: 2ND Class £FOC, 1ST Class tracked £3.95, Orders of £50 or more qualify for 1st Class tracked £FOC.  
  • International orders will shipped with tracking for a flat rate of £10
  • International orders over £80 will qualify for free shipping.
